Stylist Not Showing in the Online Booking System?
If you select a day in the online booking process and your stylist is not showing then this simply means that the stylist is fully booked for that day. You can choose a different date, or if needed, book an appointment with a different stylist.
Need to Cancel Your Appointment?
All appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a 50% charge to the credit card on file.
