After moving to Canada from Germany in 2008, Chris decided to open Charm & Champagne in 2017. Chris has been a passionate stylist and colourist for more than 20 years and has worked photo shoots, fashion shows and traveled the world educating herself.
She and her team are dedicated to making sure everyone visiting the salon has a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Chris believes that it was time to create a place within our community where people feel welcomed, get pampered and beautified, and feel at home.

Kyla is our senior hair stylist with more than 13 years of experience in the hair & beauty industry. After living in Mexico for 6 years, She moved back to Canada and joined our team at Charm & Champagne in New Westminster 2018.
I am passionate about my art; whether it is maintaining your style or creating a new look, your hair is my canvas. I love connecting with new people and catching up with regular clients. As a mother, I am proud to work in a salon that cares about our planet.

Hi, I’m Charlene — a senior stylist with 20+ years of experience and extensive advanced training in precision cutting and colour. I specialize in balayage, lived-in dimensional looks, and transformative colour tailored to enhance your features.
Outside the salon, I recharge at Oxygen Yoga, love being outdoors, travelling, spending time with my family, and exploring new restaurants — I’m always up for a good food recommendation.
I absolutely love doing makeovers and creating fresh, modern transformations for my clients.

My journey first started in high school where I was enrolled in a youth trades hairdressing program. After completing the one year program in early 2023, I decided to officially join Charm & Champagne for further education as I continue to learn from my peers.
