Salon Policies
- Complimentary consultations are available.
- 24 hour cancellation notice is required or a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Charm and Champagne reserves the right to cancel non confirmed appointments.
- No shows will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments
- Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of visit.
- Running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may compromise your original booking.
- A Full Head of Foils or a Balayage appointment is not available for bookings after 6.00pm or later.
- A 50% deposit is required to secure a Full Head of Foils or balayage booking - please contact the salon within 24hrs to process payment.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- Please ask for a quote on services prior to commencement.
- VISA, MasterCard and EFTPOS are accepted.

Colour Policy
Our highly trained technicians provide professional colour results using Avedaā¢ Colours. For outstanding colour results to continue, Charm & Champagne recommends using Avedaā¢ professional products for home care. If you have a problem with your hair, please contact us within the first week after your service.
