After moving to Canada from Germany in 2008, Chris decided to open Charm & Champagne in 2017. Chris has been a passionate stylist and colourist for more than 20 years and has worked photo shoots, fashion shows and traveled the world educating herself.
She and her team are dedicated to making sure everyone visiting the salon has a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Chris believes that it was time to create a place within our community where people feel welcomed, get pampered and beautified, and feel at home.

Kyla is our senior hair stylist with more than 13 years of experience in the hair & beauty industry. After living in Mexico for 6 years, She moved back to Canada and joined our team at Charm & Champagne in New Westminster 2018.
I am passionate about my art; whether it is maintaining your style or creating a new look, your hair is my canvas. I love connecting with new people and catching up with regular clients. As a mother, I am proud to work in a salon that cares about our planet.

My names Natalia and I started my hairdressing journey in 2015 at the Aveda institute in Gastown. Since then Iāve worked at amazing salons in downtown. I love hairstyling and colouring! But I also enjoy the cool summer days and love my fur babies. Iām super excited to being part of the Charm & Champagne team where I can bring my skills to a positive and welcoming space.

Hello, I’m Shanika de Silva, a dedicated hairstylist with a passion for shaping both hair and confidence. I have over 8 years of experience as a hairstylist and esthetician in Sri Lanka. In addition I decided to upgrade my skills with another hairdressing course and successfully graduated from Blanche Macdonald Center, Vancouver in 2023.
Specializing in women’s haircuts, I’ve found my true calling in unlocking the beauty of curls. From bouncy waves to tight coils, I’m here to celebrate and enhance your natural texture. I joined the team at Charm & Champagne in June of 2022 after attending VCC for my training in hairdressing. The plan was to expand my knowledge in the world of an eco friendly environment and learn more about the Aveda culture and products.
I love cutting and colouring long hair. Highlights are what I enjoy most and would like to specialize in the future.
